Hi, I’m Mmatsatsi — the heart behind Mmaletsatsi Wellness.
Mmaletsatsi (which has the same meaning as Mmatsatsi) means “Mother of the Sun” — a name that chose me before I fully understood its weight. It carries warmth. Light. Life force. It speaks of a deep return to soul, to source, and to self.
But this journey? It wasn’t linear.
I didn’t wake up one day fully healed and ready to guide others. I arrived here after years of feeling lost & confused — chasing a version of life that looked right on the outside but left me feeling empty inside.
I spent so much of my life trying to live by a blueprint that society handed me: the house, the job, the relationship, the success by a certain age. But none of it fit. And eventually, everything I thought I needed fell apart — in what I now know was divine design.
I call those moments sacred breaking points — the Tower moments that shake us, strip us, and reveal who we really are beneath the conditioning.
It was from that brokenness that Mmaletsatsi Wellness was born.
What I Do
Through this platform, I hold space for spiritual healing — soft, intuitive, and deeply rooted healing. I work with ancestral energy, inner child remembrance, and ritual to help women return to themselves.
This is a space for:
- Souls who are navigating the unknown
- Souls who are healing generational trauma
- Souls craving meaning beyond the material
- Souls who are rising from their own tower moments, softer but stronger

My Why
I created this space because I needed it too.
Because I know what it feels like to question your worth, to compare your path, to carry wounds that don’t belong to you.
And I know the power of what happens when you begin to heal.
When you remember who you are — not who you were told to be.
